The Kuwait Meteorological Center warns of another scorching day: daytime highs will soar to 45 °C, accompanied by northwesterly winds at 20–60 km/h, which may kick up rising dust and reduce visibility in open regions. Overnight lows will ease only slightly to 33 °C, with lingering winds at 15–45 km/h, keeping conditions hot and dusty through the night. Coastal waves are expected to stay modest at 2–6 feet offshore.
